I think a blog site is an effective means of communication because it was quick to make and its easy to use and its free.You can access it anywhere as-long as you have an internet connection.you can change the background colour and background design.Its also effective because everything's already set up for you,you don't need to design or set anything up.You can comment on other peoples work as well.people can also follow your work.
